Purchase Your Template Package: Once you’ve selected and purchased your custom-branded template package, you’re one step closer to elevating your brand’s online presence!

Complete the Brand Questionnaire: For your custom-branded templates, I typically work with your brand’s fonts, colours, and logo to ensure a cohesive and professional look. If you don’t have a formal brand kit with these details, no worries! I can create your templates using any existing logo, fonts and colours. If you don’t have consistent branding elements (like fonts and colours), you can add on the Mini Brand Kit. This service will provide you with clear guidelines, including font and colour options that work perfectly with your logo, helping you create a cohesive and professional look across all your marketing materials.You’ll receive an email with a link to fill out a quick questionnaire. This is where you’ll provide this information or upload files. Just share whatever you have, and I’ll ensure your templates reflect your brand’s identity.

Template Creation: After I receive your questionnaire, I’ll get to work on designing your custom social media tiles, ensuring everything is aligned with your brand’s unique style.

Review & Finalise: Once your templates are ready, you’ll receive a preview for review. If everything looks great, I’ll send you the editable Canva files, along with easy-to-follow instructional videos to show you exactly how to use and update your templates.

Turnaround Time

I aim to deliver your custom-branded templates within 2-3 weeks from the time I receive your completed questionnaire and all necessary brand assets. To get started, I’ll need your logo, brand colours, fonts (or just details of your brand style), and any images or copy you want to include. Upon purchasing this service,you'll receive an email with a brief questionnaire where you'll upload this information and you are able to give me more insight into your brand’s voice and the content of your emails.

How many tiles do I get with this package?

You’ll receive 9 custom-designed social media tiles ready to use on your Facebook and Instagram accounts. These tiles will be tailored to your brand and can be easily edited in Canva.

Can I reuse the tiles for future content?

Yes! The tiles are delivered as Canva templates, meaning you can easily edit and reuse them to create new posts whenever you need. You’ll also receive a video tutorial showing you how to make edits.

What if I don’t have photos for the tiles?

No problem! You can provide any images or product photos, or I can use what’s available from your website or social media. If you don’t have any photos, we can discuss alternatives, such as graphic elements or stock photos.

How long does it take to get my social media tiles?
