How It Works

Purchase Your Template Package: Once you’ve selected and purchased your custom-branded template package, you’re one step closer to elevating your brand’s online presence!

Complete the Brand Questionnaire: For your custom-branded templates, I typically work with your brand’s fonts, colours, and logo to ensure a cohesive and professional look. If you don’t have a formal brand kit with these details, no worries! I can create your templates using any existing logo, fonts and colours.If you don’t have consistent branding elements (like fonts and colours), you can add on the Mini Brand Kit. This service will provide you with clear guidelines, including font and colour options that work perfectly with your logo, helping you create a cohesive and professional look across all your marketing materials.You’ll receive an email with a link to fill out a quick questionnaire. This is where you’ll provide this information or upload files. Just share whatever you have, and I’ll ensure your templates reflect your brand’s identity.

Template Creation: After I receive your questionnaire, I’ll get to work on designing your custom email template and/or social media tiles, ensuring everything is aligned with your brand’s unique style.

Review & Finalise: Once your templates are ready, you’ll receive a preview for review. If everything looks great, I’ll send you the editable Canva files, along with easy-to-follow instructional videos to show you exactly how to use and update your templates.

Turnaround Time

I aim to deliver your custom-branded templates within 2-3 weeks from the time I receive your completed questionnaire and all necessary brand assets. Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on my current workload and availability.If you have a specific deadline or need your templates by a certain date, please reach out to me at info@cassiezaccardo.com before placing your order to check availability and ensure I can meet your needs.

A Note about Branding

Please Note: These services are not intended for full rebranding or logo design. I will be creating custom templates based on your existing branding, including your logo, fonts, colours, and any other brand assets you already have in place. These templates are designed to enhance and align with your current brand identity.

Do I need to provide a branding kit for this package?

If you don’t have a consistent set of branding elements, I suggest purchasing the Mini Brand Kit. This will give you three cohesive font and colour combinations to choose from, which will help ensure a professional and consistent look across your email and social media templates.

Can I make changes to the templates once they are complete?

Absolutely! Both templates are made as editable content blocks in Canva, and I’ll also provide instructional videos showing you how to update and manage the template on your own.
