Welcome toThe Art of Self-Care, a curated collection of art prints, a self-care calendar, and affirmation cards designed to inspire calm, connection, and well-being.

Each piece is crafted to gently remind you to pause, nurture yourself, and transform your home into a space that encourages mindfulness and emotional well-being.

Each print is lovingly created from my original artwork and printed locally in Adelaide on high-quality 250gsm Silk card. This means your art prints are thick, sturdy, easy to frame and display beautifully!

I’m passionate about supporting local small businesses, so I work with two amazing local printers who ensure that every print receives that personal touch and is of the highest quality.

Framed Prints:

Your framed print will arrive safe and sound, packed in a specially designed strong box with protective front and back cardboard and corner padding to prevent damage. We also prioritise sustainability by using recyclable and eco-friendly materials.

Unframed Prints:

A4 & A3 prints are shipped flat in a bend free rigged carboard envelope to prevent bending or damage.

A2 & A1 are rolled, wrapped in pink tissue and posted in a cardboard tube to keep them safe. 

Shipping Times:

- FREE SHIPPING when you spend $100 or more
- $8 Flat Rate for orders under $100
- Prints are shipped via regular post with tracking numbers provided.
- Orders are posted twice a week. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be processed, and 3-6 business days for your item to arrive.

Please allow up to 5 days extra for Framed Prints as these are custom framed.

Framed Prints:

Handcrafted locally in Adelaide by a family-owned business, each frame is framed in real oak and features UV-resistant clear acrylic to protect your artwork and comes wired and ready to hang.

Unframed Prints:

With their standard poster sizes, these artworks are a easy to frame yourself, simply pick up a poster-sized frame from your favourite store and you’re all set! I recommend Kmart, Ikea, Spotlight and Officeworks.

If you wish to frame your artwork with mat board your frame will have to be the size up from the print you have purchased. Ie: If you purchased an A3 print and you want to display it with the mat board (white border), you'll need an A2 frame.
