Step one | Upload 2-3 high quality photos of your dog via the upload box. Photos from different angles work best to create a lifelike print of your dog.
Step two | Place your order
Step three | Please allow 1-2 weeks for your artwork to be created. Your dog will be hand illustrated by Cassie and she will email you through your artwork for approval before posting to you.
*If your custom artwork is a gift and you require it by a certain date, please contact Cassie with your date and she will do her best to accommodate your request. A rush fee may apply depending on current bookings

About the prints
About the prints
Each print is created from an original artwork created by me, (Cassie) and has been printed locally in Adelaide on high quality Silk 250gsm card. This means your art prints are thick and sturdy, making it easier for you to frame.
Frames are not included -However, my go-to frames are from Kmart, Ikea or online at Officeworks. Each of them come in sizes suitable for A4, A3, A2 and A1 prints. There's no need to measure, just look for the frames that say they can fit these sizes.

Shipping
All prints are shipped unframed. A4 & A3 prints are shipped flat in a bend free rigged carboard envelope to prevent bending or damage. A2 & A1 are rolled, wrapped in pink tissue and posted in a cardboard tube to keep them safe.

- FREE SHIPPING when you spend $60 or more
- $8 Flat Rate for orders under $60
- Prints are shipped via Australia Post regular post with tracking numbers provided on request
- Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed, and 2-5 business days for your item to arrive. (Please refer to the Australia Post website for individual location postage times)
Shipping Overseas
- $20 Flat Rate on all Overseas Orders. Excludes Original Artworks
- Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed, and refer to the Australia Post website for current International shipping times.
- Unfortunately tracking is unavailable for overseas orders
